Privacy Policy — Demandtex ERP

Demandtex ERP (erp.demandtex.com) is an internal business-management application operated by Demandtex for its employees and individually authorized partners, advisers and investors. It is not a consumer service: every account is provisioned by a Demandtex administrator before it can sign in.
Signing in with Google
Authentication uses Google Sign-In (OpenID Connect) with the basic openid, email and profile scopes. When you sign in we receive your name, your email address and Google's stable account identifier — nothing else, and never your password. This information is used solely to match you to a provisioned account and keep you signed in. If your email has not been provisioned by an administrator, sign-in is refused and nothing is stored.
What the system stores
The application holds business information entered by authorized users in the course of Demandtex's work: client accounts and business contacts, sales opportunities, project and staffing plans, and financial records. Personal data within it is limited to business contact details and, for Demandtex staff, the professional information needed for resource planning. Access is role-based: users only see the areas of the system they have been granted, and financial data is further restricted.
Cookies
The application sets a single session cookie, strictly to keep you signed in. There is no advertising, no analytics and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
Hosting and processors
The application is hosted on Fly.io infrastructure. Google provides sign-in as described above. Currency exchange rates are retrieved from a public rates API without transmitting any personal data. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond these processors except where the law requires it.
